The Professionals Manager Console is the bringing together of key performance
indicators for the Professional Services firm. By using a 'drill-down' effect the
Manager can quickly focus on non-profitable jobs, identify staff with low productivity
and drill down to individual time sheets.
The Console also ranks clients by volume of fees sent and an up-to-day aging of
the debtors. This drill-down allows access to global company information through to
business units and down again to individual jobs, staff members and time sheets. |
