Roy Wedemeyer
Roy brings over 15 years experience in database design
and programming. Roy places a high emphasis on studying
the true requirement, and producing systems that are useful.
All projects undertaken by Bacchus are functionally evaluated
against this criterion of usefulness.
Roy brings an “uncommon” common-sense approach
and long experience to problem solving and development,
and produces applications that are highly functional as
well as expertly engineered.
A qualified database administrator, Roy is most responsible
for logical database design, and for the encapsulation of
business requirements in the database and application design.
He is also an accomplished web designer and has produced
a number of highly successful, highly visible, highly functional
web/database applications.
Wayne Armstrong
With over 25 years experience in the industry, ranging from mainframe to pda, Wayne has developed and supported systems and applications in and on a huge range of languages, systems and architectures. Skilled in analysis and development roles, and a "people oriented" program manager, he also has deep technical skills in the areas of database administration, Unix administration, and network security, design and deployment.
Wayne still regards the IT industry as "fun", and cannot be prevented from R&D activities involving new technologies. Consequently, he is a source of technical innovation within Bacchus and seeks to embrace techniques and strategies that will provide advantage to Bacchus and its client base, and rejects those that will not.
Mark Woodhead
With over 20 years experience in business accountancy and
15 years of hands on systems implementation, Mark is our
primary business and systems consultant. Mark’s business
experience and long familiarity with various software solutions
brings remarkable insight and innovation to help our clients
achieve their business goals.
Marks’ experience in implementing business and software
solutions is both broad and detailed, allowing him to quickly
identify and communicate business needs to our development
team.
Mark often plays the role of “devils advocate”
in his assessment of a business need, and the subsequent
implementation of the right software tools, putting client
requirement ahead of ease of implementation.
